These terms apply to your use of the Attention Mail app and the attentionmail.com website. By using them you agree to these terms.
The app
Attention Mail is an email client that runs on your Mac. It connects to email accounts you choose and works with them on your behalf: it shows your mail, ranks it, sends what you write, and organizes it when you ask. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the email you send with the app.
Your accounts and data
You keep all rights to your email and data. Your use of Gmail, Outlook, and other providers through the app remains subject to their own terms. How the app handles your data is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to send spam, to break the law, or to access accounts you are not authorized to use.
Rankings are suggestions
Attention scores and explanations are produced by a machine learning model and can be wrong. Don't rely on them alone for important or time-sensitive email.
No warranty
The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Attention Mail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or email, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
