Request early access For macOS 14 or later. Works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, Proton, and any IMAP account.
What it does
A complete email client with a private attention layer on top.
Ranked inbox
Every conversation gets a 0–100 score and lands in Attention, Later, or Low priority, with a plain-language explanation of why.
Read, reply, and triage
Read conversations, reply, compose, archive, star, mark as read, and delete, all from the keyboard.
Teach it
Tell it a conversation mattered or didn't, and the ranking adjusts to you. Corrections stay on your Mac.
Modes for your day
Normal day, Deep work, Admin hour, and Away change what reaches the top without re-reading your mail.
How Attention Mail uses your email
Your mail goes directly from your email provider to the app on your Mac. There is no Attention Mail server.
On your Mac only
Messages are downloaded straight from Gmail or your provider, stored locally, and classified by a Core ML model on your device. They are never sent to us or to any AI service.
Gmail access
If you connect Gmail, the app asks for permission to read, send, and organize your mail (the gmail.modify scope) so it can show your inbox, send replies, and archive, star, mark read, or trash conversations when you ask it to.
No ads, no selling, no training
Your data is never sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Disconnecting removes your mail and sign-in from the app.
Read the full privacy policy. Attention Mail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
